Meet the newest big man of the Golden State Warriors, David
Lee. According to ESPN.com, Lee's agent, Mark Bartelstein has confirmed the sign-and-trade worth a six-year $80 million with the Bay Area outfit in exchange for Anthony Randolph, Ronny Turiaf and Kelenna Azubuike. Lee is one of the
coveted players in the 2010 free-agent class. The 6-9 power forward out of St. Louis, Missouri,
is a 5-year NBA veteran, all played with the New York Knicks. His career averages are 13.0
ppg and 9.6 rpg in 368 regular season games.
"There was a lot of different ways this
could have gone and I needed [the Knicks] to help. They were great about it. David
loved his time in New York.
They gave David an incredible opportunity the last few years."
