As the Filipino hoop fans starts to get crazy, the NBA players, who the whole country will be watching in the coming Smart Ultimate All-Star Weekend at the Araneta Coliseum on Saturday and Sunday, have expressed their excitement for this once in a lifetime event. The nine-man Smart-NBA selection of Kobe Bryant (playing coach), Derrick Rose, Kevin Durant, Chris Paul, Derek Fisher, Tyreke Evans, James Harden, JaVale McGee and Derrick Williams will play the All-Filipino PBA selection and the Smart Gilas national team, respectively, before an expected Big Dome sell-out crowd. Herewith are the messages posted by some of the visiting NBA stars, who are probably on their way now to Manila, in their respective twitter accounts.
