THE RETURN OF UDONIS HASLEM

A partial solution to end the current series of misfortunes bewildering the slumping Miami Heat may come in the form of an old face, who is ready to stabilize their frontline rotation. Heat forward Udonis Haslem is said to be recovering fast from his injury, which has sidelined him since November. Haslem, who is the Heat’s co-captain with Dwyane Wade, is averaging 8.0 ppg and 8.2 rpg in 30 games for the Heat before suffering a serious foot injury. He is optimistic that he will be back in action sooner than expected, according to Fox Sports.

“If I had to put a gauge on the way things are going, I don't think things could be going any better. Things have really been going well. We're right on pace. We're right where we want to be right now.”
