AN ALL-CELTICS FINALE IN 3-POINT SHOOTOUT?

Boston Celtics captain Paul Pierce is all set to defend his Footlocker 3-point shootout title on February 19 (February 20, Manila time) during the NBA All-Star Weekend in Los Angeles. An all-Celtics finale is a big possibility as the soon-to-be all-time 3-point king Ray Allen poses the biggest challenge to Pierce’s reign. Allen, then playing for the Milwaukee Bucks, was the 2001 champion. Other participants in this year's edition of the long-distance shooting contest are Kevin Durant of the Oklahoma City Thunder, Daniel Gibson of the Cleveland Cavaliers, James Jones of the Miami Heat, and Dorell Wright of the Golden State Warriors.
