GETTING BETTER AND BETTER

MVP favorite Kevin
Durant of the OKC
Thunder.
Kevin Durant of the Oklahoma City Thunder was the runner-up in last year’s NBA MVP race. It is now safe to say the former Texas Longhorn rifleman is the top favorite to win the Maurice Podoloff trophy this season especially if someone cares to listen to what last year’s NBA coach of the year and Thunder head coach Scott Brooks has to say. Brooks thinks Durant will keep on getting better as his pro career progresses, according to NewsOk.com.

“Kevin’s game is evolving. He, like a lot of our guys, is not a finished product. He’s going to keep getting better. And there’s ways that I’m going to challenge him to get better… He has the ability to do a lot of things for us and do them well.”
