ROY HIBBERT NEEDS PSYCHO HELP

Indiana Pacers slotman Roy Hibbert seeks help from a sports psychologist for his seemingly never-ending on-court woes. Yes, the 7-2 former Georgetown University standout is struggling bigtime despite averaging career highs of 13.2 ppg and 8.2 rpg in 34 games so far with the Pacers this season. His shooting percentage is down to only 34% in the last 13 outings and never have a dominating game since scorching Pau Gasol and the LA Lakers for 24 points, 12 rebounds and 6 assists last November. Hibbert says he plans to meet a sports psycho as soon as the team gets back to Indianapolis after a road game against the Philadelphia 76ers, according to the Indianapolis Star.

“Going to talk to somebody is not perceived as a bad thing anymore. Other players have done it, and the way things have gone, it has taken a toll on me. It is mental. I need to keep working to get through this.”

  1. Roy needs social skills to express himself more rather than put his anger out during a regular season game. Com'mon Mann!! What till you get to the playoffs! Jun A
