As an offshoot to the popular song “From Russia With Love” from the old James Bond movie of the same title, Utah Jazz forward Andrei Kirilenko maybe singing instead, “To Russia With Love” next summer. The 6-9 Izhevsk native plans to return and play in his home country next season if ever the NBA lockout pushes through upon expiration of the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) on June 30. Kirilenko says he will definitely play for a Russian pro squad if there will be a work stoppage, according to The Salt Lake Tribune.
“If lockout happens, I will definitely go back to Russia and play on Russian team.”
