FROM EAST TO WEST

Meet the newest big man of the Golden State Warriors, David Lee. According to ESPN.com,  Lee's agent, Mark Bartelstein has confirmed the sign-and-trade worth a six-year $80 million with the Bay Area outfit in exchange for Anthony Randolph, Ronny Turiaf and Kelenna Azubuike. Lee is one of the coveted players in the 2010 free-agent class. The 6-9 power forward out of St. Louis, Missouri, is a 5-year NBA veteran, all played with the New York Knicks. His career averages are 13.0 ppg and 9.6 rpg in 368 regular season games.

"There was a lot of different ways this could have gone and I needed [the Knicks] to help. They were great about it. David loved his time in New York. They gave David an incredible opportunity the last few years."
