NBA.fanhouse.com reported that according to Life and Style, the new “King” of the Miami Heat, LeBron James, is in the process of purchasing a new mansion (or kingdom) worth $49.5 million in the area of the “rich and the famous” in Coral Gables, Florida. A former one-time owner of the said mansion was Heat President Pat Riley. James is fresh from inking a 6-year $110 million contract with the Heat.
“The home is the most expensive in Coral Gables, according to Life & Style, and features:
• eight bedrooms and 11 bathrooms;
• 880 feet of waterfront;
• a master suite with a full gym;
• a private guest suite with its own tennis court and courtyard on an acre of land.
