LEANING TOWARDS A-TOWN?

With the big possibility of LeBron James leaving Cleveland looming in the horizon, Shaquille O’Neal might also bade goodbye to the Cavaliers soon. According to a report by Tim Povtak in NBA.fanhouse.com, a source confirmed that “The Diesel” is very much interested in relocating to Atlanta and consider a 2-year pact with the Hawks, which starts off with the mid-level exception of $5.8 million. O’Neal, 38, posted averages of 12.0 ppg and 6.7 rpg in 53 games last season for the Cavs.

"I think he wants to see how everything shakes out with all the free agents, but he's seriously considering Atlanta's offer. He wants to play two more years, and he wants it to be with a contender. He thinks he can help them become a serious one.''
