After all, free-agents Carlos Boozer and
Kyle Korver will still be together. Sad to say it’s not in Salt Lake City anymore but in the cool confines of the Windy City
this coming season. Korver, in a report by Chicago Breaking Sports.com, has
agreed to terms with the Chicago Bulls on a 3-year $15 million pact. Boozer
decided to hook-up with the Bulls a few days earlier. Both Boozer and Korver were instrumental in
the Utah Jazz playoff run last season when they went all the way to the Western
Conference semis.
“Shortly after wrapping their Carlos Boozer
news conference, the Bulls struck again in free agency.
“A league source said the Bulls agreed to
terms with Kyle Korver, who played last season with Boozer in Utah . The three-year deal is worth roughly
$15 million.
“Korver, who has played for the 76ers and Jazz in a seven-year pro
career, led the NBA in three-point shooting percentage (.536) last season and
averaged 7.2 points per game in 52 games.”
