Cleveland Cavaliers star center Shaquille O’Neal simply hates the NBA dress code. O’Neal usually speaks up his mind when he sees something not appropriate to his liking. Remember when he criticized the new NBA composite ball during the start of the 2005-06 season, which forced the NBA to revert back to its old leather ball in January 2006.
