It was a not so nice reunion game between the Miami Heat and Michael Beasley of the Minnesota Timberwolves as Dwyane Wade and LeBron James led the South Beach outfit to a resounding 129-97 home victory. Beasly, who was traded to the T-Wolves after the Heat acquired James and Chris Bosh last summer, left the game with a left thigh contusion in the second quarter which sealed the doom of Minnesota. Heat Fil-Am head coach Erik Spoelstra was all-praised of James, who scored 20 points and dished off an impressive 12 assists, showcasing his over-all strength on both ends of the court, according to NBA.com.

“What I saw [Tuesday] out of LeBron was a high IQ game. He managed and dissected the game with his mind... He wasn't 100 percent and was able to make plays and really set up guys with wide open shots.”
