Kevin Durant of Team USA is looking at all the negative
talks surrounding his team as motivation to prove the critics wrong. Despite missing all
the big-name stars of the gold medal-winning team in the Beijing Olympics, Durant
and company are going to Istanbul, Turkey with only one mission: to win their first
FIBA World Championship since 1994, according to NBA.Fanhouse.com.
"Yeah, we do have
something to prove. Of course, we want to go over there and win. With a lot of
the big-name guys not here, people are kind of counting us out. So we have
