The Portland Trail Blazers are off to a rousing start in the new season with two straight victories. If you think the Blazers are playing with urgency or feeling the pressure to surpass their previous season performances, the answer is no. Blazers star guard Brandon Roy says it is just another year and definitely not a make-or-break year for the team, according to Hoopsworld. Roy added that the Blazers are not feeling any pressure in their games and all they have to do is just play their best.

“It is definitely not a make or break year. It is just another year that we are going to try to do the best we can to get to the playoffs, try to win the division and hopefully give ourselves a good position heading into the playoffs. We are not even looking past this year. The time is now and we are just trying to do the best we can.”
