NO PROBLEM WITH ‘HACK-A-SHAQ’

Rivers of the Boston Celtics.
With Shaquille O’Neal on board, Boston Celtics head coach Doc Rivers has to deal with the infamous “Hack-A-Shaq” tactic of other teams, whether he likes it or not. Rivers says he has to live and deal with it, according to The Boston Globe. However, he hopes that those fouls will be given up by the right people to get them out of the ballgame.

“I don’t mind. The way I look at it is guys are getting fouls. Hopefully, the right guys are fouling him and we can get them out of the game. We’ll have to deal with it. [Shaq] does so many things for you that I’m not that concerned. There’s a reason he has rings. He helps your team. He does a lot of good things for you.”
