The knockout stage of the FIBA World Championships has began and pundits are counting on the defending champions to retain the crown they won in Japan in 2006. Canada head coach Leo Rautins is one of the strong believers that Spain has the complete tools to rule the quadrennial event, according to the Toronto Sun.
