FOREVER KNICK

John Starks is long retired from the NBA scene. But until now, the 6-3 hard-nosed guard from Tulsa, Oklahoma, has remained loyal to the New York Knicks, the team which he and Patrick Ewing led to the 1994 NBA finals against the Houston Rockets, and where spent his best playing years. The Knicks lost that epic series in seven grueling games. Starks played 15 years in the league and has career averages of 12.5 ppg, 2.5 rpg and 3.6 apg in 866 total games with the Golden State Warriors, Knicks, Chicago Bulls and Utah Jazz.

“I want to thank all the fans for their support over the years. Keep supporting the Knicks, we're moving in the right direction here and we will be exciting to watch and competing against the best in the NBA. Come back to the Garden for those exciting games.”
